How Do I Order Hot Chocolate Bombs?
Our basic hot chocolate bombs are offered in two flavored bases: milk or white chocolate. From the "flavors" tab, select the desired base and then select the desired drizzle. Want to add sprinkles or nuts? Select this option from the "toppings add on" section of our website. When in doubt always contact us first.
How Do I Order Baked Treats?
The only way to order any custom item is to contact us directly, preferably by text. From there we can schedule a time to speak and then a quote will be provided based on your desired selections. Custom orders must be placed two weeks before when needed and full payment is required after the quote is provided before any work on the custom order is started. A rush fee will be added if the order is placed less than two weeks before the needed date.

We do not offer mail delivery services for baked items at this time. This service is only available for Charlotte, NC area delivery - we will happily bring your custom treat to you.

Do You Ship?
Yes. All items listed in our shop are available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states, except baked treats. At this time baked treats are only available for Charlotte, NC area delivery. Non-baked treats are also available for Charlotte area delivery for a fee that will be added at checkout. We will contact you ahead of time to notify you of when your order will be delivered to your doorstep. Most non-baked treats are delivered and/or shipped out within 3 days. Custom-baked orders require a two-week advance notice.
I'm Confused.
When in doubt, always contact us via text before placing an order on our website. Our business started from a Facebook post and no website (just a Google order form), and has grown through word-of-mouth recommendations from our satisfied regulars. We prefer direct human communication and due to the custom nature of our services, we are happy to accept your order over the telephone. For your convenience, we accept ApplePay, CashApp, Venmo, and Paypal, making ordering directly through us as easy as a Sweet Nola pie :). Life is too complicated; let us make it simple for you.
